"Thy Kingdom Come"

Preparing for His Coming Kingdom

In this series we will take a look at the many parables that Jesus told to help prepare His followers for His return and coming kingdom.  He introduces each of these "stories" with the phrase similar to "...the kingdom of heaven will be like..."   He does such a good job of preparation that at His ascension the disciples are asking if it was time for the kingdom to be established. 

The series is subdivided into three sections: 

A.  Preparing the Heart (A look at the Sower and the Seed.)

B.  Preparing the Mind (A look at the other parables in Matthew13.)

C.  Preparing the Hand (A look at the parables that point us toward fruitful service in anticipation of Christ's return.)
